Recently the kid down the road devised
a way to continuously illuminate my Worried Shrimp.
Utilizing a 500,000 candle power Q-Beam we funneled
and focused its light onto the bitter end of rather heavy test monofilament
to which the other end has attached a Glo in the Dark Worried Shrimp.
In the no.2 size this exciter fly comes with a good portion of the lower
shank exposed, a perfect place to position a baitknot. Whippings
above the eye secure the hook as well as butt the knot end into the luminsecent
glo in the dark finish... thus, a continusly glowing shrimp waving beneath
the ice.
Sam who is quite creative, is pondering the switch or circuit necessary to juncture betwixt the Q-Beam and his boom box. He hopes to Strobe the light to the beat of his music.
